A rate you agreed to, in writing
You choose your dispatch percentage during onboarding and it goes into the agreement you sign, along with the payment schedule. It does not change without a new agreement.

Your authority, an insurance certificate and a W-9. Onboarding runs about ten minutes and you sign the dispatch agreement at the end of it.
